Company Infrastructure

Operating from the National Capital Region, North Street have a large facility of over 7200 sq. yard equipped with state-of-the-art plant & machinery.

 

Treated Timber Workshop

The treated timber workshop has a AsCu timber treatment plant, wood cutting machines, trenching machines, pillar drills, auto grooving machines, profile cutting machines, etc.

Mechanical Workshop

Our mechanical workshop is equipped with all the latest machinery required. We have installed a 24ft. Centre lathe, radial drilling machine of 60mm dia, hydraulic press, compressors, pneumatic wrenches, boring machines, grinder, etc.

FRP Fabrication

We have our own FRP fabrication shop and it consist of moulds for FRP fan cylinder, FRP fan blades, FRP panels dye, Hydraulic press, etc.

Steel Fabrication

Our steel fabrication facility consists of plasma cutting machines, argon welding machine, welding rectifier, gas cutting machines, etc.

North Street manufactures induced draft timber cooling towers in both cross and counter flow designs. Timber as per IS-2372, treated as per IS-401 is used in the structure. The standard structural design is based on wind loading of 150 kg/ sq.m.

Cooling Tower Drive Shafts

With the increase in demand for higher torque capabilities for long span drive shafts, we have developed our composite drive shafts to serve challenging industrial needs. These are highly engineered, non-lubricated, single span, advanced composite drive shafts for superior load applications and rugged environments.

Counter Flow Cooling Towers

                            In a counter flow cooling tower, the direction of the induced air is opposite to that of the water flow. Air is drawn into an open area beneath the fill media which then moves vertically upwards.

Cross Flow Cooling Towers

        In a cross flow cooling tower the induced air moves horizontally while the water fall vertically.
